The only thing that Shannon Bahrke didn't feel right with me was how quickly she would intrude on her teammates Olympic moment.
If she had a band she would be perfect for the frontman because it doesn't seem like she could sit back and allow the spotlight elsewhere.
But who knows, excitement can sure overwhelm and it might not be a ego thing.

i think people are more upset that Americans are the top athletes in so many sports. if it were a couple of Norwegian women in their place i don't think anyone would have complained

I would also be impressed if an American said that their medal was for Canada.
I would be pissed if a Canadian dedicated thier medal to the US!
