Buzz is interesting. Certainly a lot better than Wave.
If it takes off it might do to twitter and/or facebook what facebook did to myspace.

Buzz is a gateway drug to Wave.
(Really, I think they figured Wave was ahead of it's time so they made Buzz to get people there).

I never really used twitter (at least for posting), but I've used buzz a bit and it's not bad. Can control who sees your stuff better then twitter. The mobile buzz stuff is interesting.

I use Gmail, but I don't really get what this buzz thing is about. No one I know really uses it so I don't see it catching on. If Google wave connected with gmail it would be a lot easier than having to check two separate sites.

I don't think that people realize the technology that is literally at their finger tips, 24/7, through the internet.
A lot of people just use the net as a porn downloader, for their ipod, or to check what kind of coffee Miley Cyrus twatted about today.
My research team has been utilizing all that google has to offer over the past several months, for free! thank you google, and it has been so much easier for us. We are spread all over Canada so the ability to work as if we are in the same room, or even on the same computer, has been an indescribable asset.

Ah, I see. I went to a talk by Lars Rasmussen, who is the co-founder of the Wave product, with his brother. He's also co-creator of Google Maps, which is why I went to his talk, since I'm a GIS guy. Anyway, from what I saw of his demo, Wave is a very effective means of business communications, and I can't wait for it to eventually take off.

I use google talk when I am at work, but I had to download an older version because gmail is blocked by Big Brother. I haven't found a site where I can update it so I am buzz and wave less at the moment

I think I'm old. I don't even know what any of this crap is for anymore. As of Tweeter, I stopped understanding the interweb.
