I enjoy the entertainment on Air Canada, and have never been on Alaska. Seeing as it is a very long flight, entertainment + food are probably my biggest concerns.

Or are there other ones like United (heard was crappy)?

 Thanks in advance

Just wondering what price you're seeing for Air Canada and Alaska, because from what I can see the Delta flights are the cheapest ($530 USD after taxes).
The following flight has the 4th shortest total travel time of all flights going from YYC -> BOS
