I'm disgusted with the huge age difference too, but on the other hand, they are both consentual adults
A question for the rest of you guys high five'n yourselves... if you had a 18 or 19 year old daughter , would you ever let her date a 33 year old guy?

I don't get the impression that anyone is actually "disgusted" by it.
As for the "if it was your daughter...", we're not talking about our daughter, we're talking about someone else's daughter. Big difference.
I don't have kids myself, but hypothetically, if my hypothetical daughter was in this situation, I know I wouldn't like it, because clearly the guy is greasy and should be hanging out with women his own age.
But if it was me at 33 (when I get there in about 15 years) going with a 19 year old then it's perfectly fine, because I'm a nice guy -- a gentleman with only the noblest intentions, and her dad need not worry at all. He'll see it that way too, I'm sure of it.

I think there is a HUGE difference between 21 and 18 though. And once a girl is 22 or 23 she is about the same as she will be at 26 or 29? (Other than perhaps jaded, lol).

I dated an 18 year-old when I was 27 - she really should have been the 1st Mrs. Impaler.... So, yeah, it's fine, but if I loin a daughter, I'll blow all your brains out - I know who you are.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with ****ing as many 18 and 19 year old girls as possible until you're about 35, then settling down with one that bugs you the least.

hahaha, I swear I invented that like 5 years ago. It is not rocket science so multiple people may have come up with it obviously, but whenever I would tell people about it they got a kick out of it so maybe it has gotten around.
I also call it the Stanley Cup rule, with similar age parameters.

My opinion is that is too much of a gap.
If I was a 33 year old "man" and was dating a 19 year old girl on a long term basis, I would not be very proud of my life. There is probably a reason that your friend is able to connect emotionally with someone half his age and not someone in his peer group.
I'd tell your buddy to not get her pregnant, and to probably grow up and date someone his own age.
But really, he's probably just having fun. I doubt the relationship has any sort of long term potential.
I've held these opinions well before having a daughter.
Now speaking as a father, if a 33 year old skid mark came to pick up my 19 year old daughter for a date he would be leaving my property castrated.
