In New Orleans I would pound down the crawdads. Or have some crawfish etouffee.

Even though any thought of this agme brings a sick feeling to my stomach, I'm surprised he's admitting that this was indeed a missed call.

He also admitted there was a missed call in the NYJ/IND game.

Meh.

I think you need a Brady jersey to get that call.

If by Brady, you mean Manning, then you would be correct.

I saw some thing on the NFL network the other night regarding times when the team with the NFL's top scoring and top yards per game offence and what their record was in the Superbowl. I think the top Yardage team had made it 5 times and won 4, the top scoring was 5 times and won 4, and there were 4 times when a team who lead the league in both categories made it and those teams were 3-1 in the game. I think the Rams losing to the Patriots was the only one who lost.

Having seen that I would definitely be willing to bet on the Saints if the spread is 4.5 or more for the Colts and it makes me hesitate to pick the winner more compared to when I hadn't seen those stats.

Tony Chacheries and real chicken gumbo during Mardi Gras. Plus the craw fish... wow, no wonder I like bookers, and even thinking about N'awlins.

However there is so much goodness in so many different kitchens, my grandmother's for example. I'm sure it's the same with many of yours' if they are still with us, respectively.

I pick Indianapolis over NO. Yet, It will come down to a field goal since the Saints will score with the Guard play of Nicks and Evans protecting the interior pocket. Peyton get's it done again.

IND 38 NO 35.

Pretty cool article by ESPN. They rank all 106 players in the Superbowl:

Dwight Freeney has a 3rd degree low basketball sprain, which is a complete tear of an ankle ligament.

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/playof...ory?id=4874674

It's not easy to get to Brees, unless your name is Demarcus Ware, but Freeney is the type of guy that could give Jermon Bushrod problems.
If Freeney can't go, or can't go 100% it will be a big blow to the Colts pass rush.

Dammit it Sutter! My team is in the Super Bowl for the first time in its history and all I've been able to focus on the first two days of Super Bowl week is the Flames.

6 more sleeps!

Watched the 4 hour coverage of media day today on NFL Network. Freeney was in flip flops. His ankle was swollen. I think he will dress but might be limited in action. They have practiced with Raheem Brock in that spot just in case. I can't wait till Sunday! Really look forward to Manning and the offense as well as seeing how the d plays in response to Freeney.
