Looking forward to this week. Finally we can just talk football and not whether or not the Colts made a mistake resting starters.
Amazing effort by Garcon on Reed. I swear as much as he scores when he gets the ball, he fumbles almost just as much. Can't help but forgot the Colts game earlier this year, then the Pats/Ravens game a few years ago

Simply an awful performance by the Ravens. The Colts played well, but seriously....

All and all though great game for the Colts. Love how quickly people forget when it comes to the Saints and Colts. Both teams have home field and it's going to take a perfect game to beat either.
Peyton is simply playing amazing football. That was one of the best post season halfs he's ever played in the first. Every throw was on the money and he had two great calls on 4th down and the play with 7 seconds left.
God the Colts announcer is a homer. Sportscenter has his call on the Reed fumble. What a great play by Garcon though on it.

Definitely nice to pick up the win over a good Baltimore football team! Baltimore has the defense to go far but their offense is terrible. They need to get a good reciever to make some catches.
On to the Colts!..... Amazing job by the defense today. Did not allow the big plays all game and forced the short passes to Rice. The d for Indy deserves a ton of credit today. Manning played great in the 1st half to get the 14 point lead. What a great play by Garcon to hustle back after the 1st INT by Reed. 2nd INT wouldn't have happened anyways if not for the penalty so no worries there. Really happy with the performance overall today. We can play better but there was more good then bad tonight. I'm really looking forward to the Jets @ Chargers game tomorrow to see who comes into Lucas Oil next week.

Is it not one of the biggest "What if's" of the last decade is how many rings this Ravens team could've won if they had a good to elite quarterback?

I've seen a lot of predictions go both ways on that Dallas/Minnesota game. I think out of the 4 games this weekend, that was the game where most people had the toughest time picking a winner.

I have no doubt the Colts can beat them but I'd much rather play the
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!!!!!!
I think all the bye teams win this weekend though

I'd agree that of all the games this weekend it was the one where the road team might pull a win. I picked the Cowboys only because I thought one of the home teams has to lose this week. Can't remember the last time all the home teams won in round two of the playoffs.
So far these first two games were pretty much done at half time, hopefully tomorrows games are better.

Yeah but who's he going to throw too? The Raven's don't have any receivers except for Mason.

I can understand Cowher had a bit of disdain for the Colts, I mean he did coach against them in some big games over his career.
But to insinuate that the rest of the media or even avergae joe hates the Colts is ridiculous....its regularly the Peyton Manning show on all the networks who show football when he is playing. The guy gets more press than Tiger Woods at times...and rightfully so as he is well on his way to being the best QB to ever play the game. But to say that he or his team is :hated: on...I dont see it anywhere. If you were talking about the Pats of late, maybe i would agree, but not the Colts.

Blech!!!
On top of my irrational hate for all things Dallas Cowboys, Brett Favre at age 40 looking to get to another SB is what I am rooting for...and that is hard to do as a diehard cheesehead.
I am a life long hockey guy and Favre has been my absolutely favorite athlete of all-time. Beyond the melo-drama of his retiring or not the last 2 years, he has played amazingly well sans his injured throwing arm of last year. I hope he finishes it on top.
That being said, I am fully expecting a Cowboy victory today as they are just on a roll that no other club has been on.

This is by far the biggest game of Romo's career; I'm super excited to see what he's made of against an even tougher team.
I've got to say I never thought the Cowboys would get here after getting rid of T.O., but Miles Austin stepped up big time, and the team came together as a cohesive unit over the course of the season.
I'm glad to be proven wrong. No matter what happens today, they've had a great run.

Just even more proof of how much one (3) bad apples can spoil the whole bunch of them.
Canning T.O, Tank Johnson and Pacman was by far the best season move (s) that Jones and company could have and did make.
