1)Arrested Development
2) Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
3) Firefly or Rome
edit: That was hard, and it probably depends on the day. I really couldn't put nuBattlestar up there because it slowly descended in quality imo.

All Time
1. Newsradio (only the seasons prior to Phil Hartman's death)
2. Caroline in the City (only early seasons)
3. Doctor Who (only 1963-1989, current show sucks big time)
Honorable Mentions: Star Trek (1966-1969), Get Smart (1965-1970), Quantum Leap, Blackadder the Third, Blackadder Goes Fourth
Things I will watch when they are on currently (but are not particularly favorites)
1. Top Gear
2. Mythbusters
3. Late Night Talk Shows (1. Craig Ferguson 2. John Stewart 3. Conan O'Brien)
Honorable Mentions: 30 Rock, House (only because I am a fan of Hugh Laurie's British comedies, the other characters and actual show is kind of stupid)
Animated
1. Saber Rider & the Star Sheriffs
2. Robotech/Macross
3. The Transformers
Honorable Mention: South Park, Kimagure Orange Road, Patlabor, American Dad

1. Seinfeld - So many memories of this show, watching it throughout the years, I actually still watch it frequently whenever its on, even though I've seen every episode multiple times. One of the only shows I watch where I still laugh out loud.
2. The Wire - A show that came *for me* relatively out of nowhere, heard so much good stuff about it, was vaguely curious, and it floored me.
3. Fresh Prince of Bel-Air - Another 'childhood' show, so many great memories of watching this show everyday coming home from school. Love all the characters on the show. Used to watch it like every night on weekdays when it replayed on like YTV or something at 2AM or something, like a year back.
HM - Entourage/Dexter/The Office (US)/Firefly
