Great, the one place I went to eat while in Calgary over the holidays was Nellies....
Wasn't this owner the same one who got on the "freedom fries" bandwagon way back when?

I like how it takes 30 violations over almost 10 years before you even get fined. How many do you actually need to get to get shut down? This happened in all the locations it looks like, must be part of the business manual.

I'd be interested to see what they got written up on. The latest inspection on the AHS site is June 2012, and all they got written up on was being out of paper towel at one sink, which is pretty impressive for this chain.
