Interesting I will take the coach who gives me a chance to win the super bowl everytime no matter what he does or says (excluding the obvious wife beating, poor sportsmanship). McDaniels might end up being the better coach, but what little record we can compare them to Ryan looks like the better coach right now. I honestly think that the league needs more personalities, but I guess you guys are fine with the No Fun League. Then again I like what guys like Mark Cuban, Chad Ochocinco, Mike Leach, etc... bring to their respective sports.
I've never hated the Broncos, although I hate Elway for the same reasons I hate Eli Manning.

All those teams had easier schedules than the Jets, except maybe the Texans who the Jets whooped up on. I guess when you weigh the Indy game they could arguably have the same strength of schedule.

fair enough...i will stand by my position though that they were fortunate to find themselves in a position to get in, when you consider they were 4-6, and then found themselves playing Indy in a must-win game who, lets face it, gave that one up without much of a challenge. Again not saying they didnt deserve it or someone else deserved it more, but they caught some breaks to get in.

Some factoids about my beloved Packers....
The last time Green Bay played a playoff game without Favre as their starting QB, Rodgers wasnt even born yet. January 8, 1983 Lynn Dickey beat the Rams at Lambeau. Rodgers was born in December that year.
The last time the Pack won a road playoff game without Favre? 41 years ago when Bart Starr and GB pasted Oakland 33-14 in Super Bowl II.
Rodgers finished as the #2 ranked QB against the blitz with a rating of 117.4.... Warner was 4th at 111.8 (Elias Sports Bureau)
Here are two of the big reasons i give GB a real good chance to win tomorrow...
1. Cardinals have committed 36 turnovers, No. 31 in the NFL. The Packers have caused 40 turnovers, No. 1 in the NFL.
2. Packers have committed 16 turnovers, No. 1 in the NFL. Arizona has caused 29 turnovers, No. 11 in the NFL.
The biggest reason i am worried?
Quote:
According to ESPN Stats & Information, the Steelers used a three-receiver set more than any other NFL team in 2009. The Cardinals ranked No. 8 on that list with 303 instances, or about 31 percent of their total plays. They have also used four-receiver sets on about 20 percent of their plays.
So, roughly speaking, the Cardinals used three- or four-receiver sets on more than half of their plays

The last team GB faced that played a similar style was the Steelers...and Roethlisburger went off for 503 yds against the defense that featured either Jarret Bussh or Josh Bell one on one with a receiver. If Boldin plays, advantage AZ, if he doesnt, then its even IMO.
Either way it will be fairly high scoring though.
The two teams combined for over 11,500 yds of offense, 836 pts including 100 TD's.
I will go with 27-24 Packers as a complete homer pick.
Im already nervous.

7-7 Game as Greene breaks one for the Jets.
I picked both of todays games to be ties on my provincial lottery ticket today. So far this one looks like it could be pretty tight. See how the running game holds up for both teams here.

I saw the secondary crew that NBC had lined up and it did make me cringe.

Oh man, I'm so nervous and excited for the Cowboys game, which starts in less than 2 hours....best part is that I get to watch a good chunk of it before the Flames start.
GO BOYS!!!!!

Wow huge miss on the field goal for the Bengals, they needed to get some points after that series.
Also Joe Gibbs talks too much

i blame CTV. i hate how they only simsub HD channels during NFL playoff and Superbowl games. getting those stupid show promos that can drag on for minutes because they can't sync up their commercials with the American broadcast is very annoying

To see this rookie QB/1st year coach winning playoff games, it's pretty special at a few points, how we've been able to see so many just these past two years is great.

Chad gets his first catch in 7+ quarters against Revis, and Benson goes 47 yards to make it a ballgame again.

Can you explain the bolded part to me?
Is it just because they got that playoff spot or is there actually some meat to your argument?
