Yeah, it is more of Bellichicks croonies getting together, but what the hell it can't be worse than what happened the last 10 years with the Chiefs.
I can't say I would be disapointed with either of the two at this point. Still, it seems that the reason the Patriots are so succesfull is because of one person. Bill Belicheck. Can Weis and Crennel have the same success in Arrowhead as they did at Foxborro? I sure hope so. Still regardless of who is calling the plays the Chiefs are still in dire needs of upgrades at almost every position. Now is the time to see if Pioli is for real or not. If the Chiefs only go after former New England, Miami, or Arizona players? The Chiefs will continue to be in a funk for years to come.

Yeah, this off season is where we'll really find out what his plan is. It took the Chiefs a bit long to bring him on board last year so I don't think he had all his people in place for the draft, and likely was a bit behind in evaluating the whole organization. I just hope they avoid the LSU first round pick this year.

Hard to limit it to 4 figures when talking about a team that is in its 91st season, so i am going with 5. Yes a Packer Mt Rushmore is bigger than yours!!
Bob McNair first and foremost for bringing a franchise back to Houston.
The greatest player in franchise history, hands down.
The Original. Had played in every game in franchise history until he suffered a season ending injury this year.
Toss-up between him, Dunta Robinson & Demeco Ryans. Bonus points to Mario for improving our #1 overall success rate to 50% after the David Carr fiasco.

The late great Lamar Hunt, founder of the AFL, credited with naming the Super Bowl, member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, name sake of the AFC Championship Trophy, and last but not least, founder of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Hank Stram, 15 year head coach of the Dallas Texans / Kansas City Chiefs. Winner of three AFL Titles, Super Bowl IV Champion. First coach to ever wear a mike in the Super Bowl (maybe first coach to wear a mike in professional football, 65 toss power trap), Member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Len Dawson, Super Bowl IV MVP, three time AFL Champion Quarterback, Member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Derrick Thomas, the heart and soul of the Kansas City Chiefs during its resurgence in the 90's from the dark ages of the 70's and 80's. 1989 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, 9 Pro Bowls, Member of the NFL 1990's All Decade Team, Walter Peyton NFL Man of the Year Award 1993, 126.5 career sacks, Member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
BTW, I tried to fit some of the older Niner greats - Y.A Tittle, John Brodie, Joe Perry, etc; but couldn't figure out how you could exclude any of Walsh, Montana, Rice or Lott. So it is heavily weighted to the 80s/early 90s.
