I was reading the other recipes as well...(that dumpling one looks awesome)...a nd came across this as part of the instructions on the wellington one. Have read it 3 times and i just cant wrap my head around it...maybe its just to early in the morning or something.

Unroll the Grands crescent dough and cut the sheet in half so that you will have 2 halves. Cut one half into 2 and attach that half to the full half dough to make the piece wider. Reserve the leftover dough for cutouts. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough so that you will have enough dough to cover the entire roast. Cover the roast with the dough and cut a 1-inch overhang seam. Press and pinch the bottom and top dough to seal all around the roast. Using a fork, press the tines surrounding the seam to seal.
