Another win against a tough team in the Wild. Iggy with 1g and 1a and Briere with 2 assists in the win. With Sharp on the IR, Berglund was forced to play 2nd line minutes and he did a great job. Iggy with his 2nd straight 2nd star in a row!
Two very good teams end up going to a shootout and we end up falling a bit short to the Thrashers 5-4. We outshoot the Thrashers 41-30 but can't beat Ellis. Brenden Morrow debuted in a Habs uniform and had 1g and 2a on the 3rd line, so it looks like he'll be a boost to the squad. Him and Perrin looks like they may have chemistry, hopefully that continues.
We won all 3 stars tonight and lose the game so that's a bit odd. Miller didn't have a great night, but he did win 9 in a row for us. Can't win them all.
