This question is for those of you who are married or have sons- or daughters-in-law.

If you're married, what kind of value do you get from your in-laws for Christmas or birthday gifts?

If you have sons- or daughters-in-law, what kind of value do you give them as gifts for Christmas or birthdays?

We are in that situation for the first time don't know what we should spend for a son-in-law.
