Dunno whats wrong with the Steelers...just cant be letting a team as bad as the Browns hang around.
I suspect they will get thigs going...but what an ugly game.
Odd sighting....Mike Furry a WR for the Browns has been playing safety.

5 sacks for the Browns in the 1st half...unbelievable. This is the worst ranked defense in the NFL and they are having their way with the STeelers.

No kidding, even when the Steelers were bad, which wasn't often, they weren't lifeless like this.
Everyone loves Tomlin, but could it be he has lost his team?

Whats the deal with Pittsburgh? Is Phaneuf being a cancer to their team too.
I have watch their previous 3 games and they have looked just terrible, I can't believe they beat my Cards in the SB. haha

This has to be one of the most boring games to watch. The Steelers have 6 minutes to save there season.

It amazes me how coordinators go away from the blitz at the end of the game, the Browns have been killing the Steelers when they send pressure and on this last drive they start dropping into coverage and Roethlisberger picks them apart. Sure enough they send a blitz and it ends up in a 9 yard loss.
Go figure.

There sure is because I'm confident Big Ben is working for a sports book tonight and the fix is in. No quarterback could constantly hold onto the football time after time like that without throwing it away

Great result for Miami if Miami gets to that week 17 game and the steelers have nothing to play for it could bode well in our favour. I don't think many of the steeler players have played in meaningless games as they are usually in the mix year in and year out. It will be interesting to see how they would respond in playing a game knowing its there last of the year.
Maybe Cowher ends up back in Pitts after this now.

He did the exact same thing in the Kansas City game.

Anyone know what the geographic radius is on the KC blackout? Is there a chance I might get the Broncos/Colts on Sunday or am I too far away?
Never mind...found the answer myself. 75 mile radius. Weak.

I might be a little to cocky in the Colts in saying this, but looking at the AFC playoff picture, San Diego and possibly the patriots if they wake up, are the only two teams I feel could come into Lucas Oil and pose a threat to a healthy Colts team.

I think you're giving the Chargers way too much credit.
I would be much more afraid of the Bengals.

No chance. Tomlin isn't a terrible coach, and won the SB last year. You don't get fired like that. Amazing how their teams goes as Polamalu does. If he's out, they're done.

Never say never. Chances are slim but unless you own the team you can't say that. They won't take this lightly in Pittsburgh. Pitts rarely misses the playoffs. As good as Tomlin is as a coach Cowher is way better.
If the team is relying on one player to beat teams like KC,Oak and Cleveland then they have some huge issues otherwise.

It's amazing how quickly a little mediocrity can question a championship winning coach's image.
Tomlin is a beauty whose team is in a good position to draft in 8-16 range and end up with three picks,or more, in the top 100. This could replenish the Oline and the linebacking corps. Polamalu, Madden curse, will return to for next year, so this will only improve that squad. They need more talent at the Oline and dline positions and they may lose hampton to a massive overpayment by an oportunistic FA suitor. FA has caught up with them, time to re-up like the year they drafted Ben.
Browns, boo. They have let me down for many years and I only hope that their top 5 pick will pan out this year.
Two undefeated teams, could happen.

Cowher will be the next head coach of the Carolina Panthers...book it. Besides that, the Rooney family doesn't roll that way. There is a reason they are the flagship franchise in the NFL in terms of how to do things properly, and step number 1 in that system is stability. In the last 40 years they have had 3 head coaches.
