Thanks jolinar of malkshor, I truly appreciate it. In order to get better, you have to keep learning new techniques and practice, practice, practice.
With film being pretty much dead now, people can shoot their little hearts out with digital.
Even if it's a crappy point and shoot or a full frame DSLR, memory is cheap and the major cost is time... Which is sometimes more expensive than cameras and lenses.

An amusing moment from the weekend . . . . . tentative steps onto early winter ice, knowing they can't safely go further but
curiousity getting the better of them, my two Golden's stare intently at a particular spot on the ice . . . . . a minute later,
two muskrats would surface in the open water in the distance. Obviously, one of the muskrats must have been where they had
been staring. My main camera is in the shop so this is with a Sony Cybershot . . .
