The Habs outshoot the Rangers 37-20 but only manage to score two goals. That's all we needed though as we beat the Rangers 2-1. Koivu scored the winner in the 3rd period and Eriksson with the 1st goal on the PP.

Solid game by Miller stopping 19 of 20. Good to see the win over a very good Rangers team, albeit injured at this point.

Good news is scored 4, bad news is Blues got 6!!

Niittymaki has had 2 rough games in a row, going back to Legace for the rematch with the Blues tomorrow.

Good win for the Oilers over the Sharks today. Last time we played the Sharks they beat us up pretty good. Danny Heatley collects the hat trick and the quintet of him, Stephen Weiss, Ales Hemsky, Sergei Gonchar, and Ryan Suter accounted for all of our points tonight. Pekka Rinne was also solid in net stopping 32 of the 33 shots sent his way. The backup goalie is now 6-2 on the season with a GAA of 2.35. He might be making a case to get himself a bit more game action.

Kings beat up the Avalanche 6-2.
The good news is, the line juggling worked. The bad news is Mason allowing 2 goals on 17 shots. Smarten up, MISTER!!!

I know it was the Devils but the Flames really needed this game. We really didn't play that well but got a huge 3rd period from Tanguay. Now the goal is to win 2 or 3 or 4 or more in a row. Zubov is almost healthy after missing about 2 months of the season.
