30 minutes due to two majors (fighting and boarding) and two game misconducts (as a result of the major penalties), which for some reason show up as 10 penalty minutes each. 4 roughing minors, 1 slashing, 1 crosschecking, 1 goalie interference, 2 holding

Just looking over the Heats stats and noticed that Chucko is a -6. For comparison, Lundmark is a +6.

Kind disappointing as I was hoping that Chucko's defensive game would be in better shape. Not that +/- is everything, but a difference of 12 is probably somewhat meaningful.

who has he been playing with? last year he was part of the very strong greentree-lundmark-chucko line which IMO really boosted his stats by riding their coattails. so just curious who he is playing with this year. i think regardless of general expectation, chucko isn't the type of guy that can carry a line even in the ahl, so his statistical success relies a lot on who else is out there.

After that fast start, Chucko only has 8 goals and 14 points in 29 games.
Any update from the Abbotsford guys on how Chucko has been playing lately? The stats don't look too impressive...

i actually was thinking about this earlier due to the lundmark thread where someone linked to the abby stats.

the thing that i first noticed was that he had become the worst player on the team for +/-

that is kinda scarey considering that other top 6 guys like jaffray, lundmark, germyn, etc we tops on the team.

i got to see him against peoria a couple weeks back and he was pretty invisible. but then again i don't like him anyway, so maybe i was secretly ignoring him!

edit: wow just looked at the game by game stats. 9 points in first 7 games, and 5 points in 22 games since.
