Hopefully someobdy can help me with this. I'm new to PS3 (only had mine for a few weeks) but every once in a while when I'm playing, all of a sudden my TV will say "format not recognized" and video/audio will disconnect between the PS3 and the TV (I'm using HDMI cables). It happened yesterday in the middle of a COD game. Normally when this happens I reboot the PS3 and I'm good to go again, but last night it still didn't work after a couple of reboots.
Anybody have this before? I'm trying to figure out if it's a PS3, TV or cable issue.
So how many stars does everyone have in Spec Ops? Me and my friend have gotten up to 44/69, and tomorrow we should be able to get to 53/69. (all Veteran)
Anyone else notice a lot of cheaters out there? Saw one guy using an aim bot and everyone on the server knew it. Seems like some people have wall hacks as well but thats a bit harder to tell with all the UAV/radar perks/attachments.
So what? If you have a javelin and semtex/throwing knife equipped and you get shot, you have a kind of super martyrdom?
No, if you youtube "Javelin MW2 glitch" there is a tutorial on how to do it. I think you need to hold rb (cooking a grenade), then shift back to the javelin, then let go of RB. It simulates like martyrdom, but if you knife some you have to re-do the glitch for the explosion to go off.
Hmm. I'm not that excited about cheating my way through. Sure I suck but that just makes kills a little sweeter is all. I haven't seen that at all in any of the online stuff I've played. I can't understand why people feel the need to use souped-up controllers (like a buddy of mine) or aim-bots, or use those glitches and stuff. It's only a video game...why do you feel the need to cheat to win?

I don't think there are aim-bots on the 360 version, and the Javelin glitch will soon be gone. And the Javelin glitch is 99% only in Domination matches, nothing else.
The game would be better without the Heartbeat sensors on the guns. The only defense (that I know of) against this is the use of the ninja perk. I feel I need to use the Heartbeat sensor or I'm at a big disadvantage.
Overall I think they should lower the effectiveness of all the perks. It makes the game play a bit too crazy.
