Colts defence looks like it's missing a lot of starters early on as Houston is just rolling all over them on those first two drives. Peyton Manning might have to throw 60 times today for the Colts to win.

Schaub is no joke....really impressive the way he reads and reacts to defenses...hard to fathom this team is not good enough right now to be in a playoff position. i still think that Johnson non-catch in the end zone was good.
Also Matt ryan is out in the Bucs/Falcons game with turf toe, though his replacement Chris redman goes in and throws 8/9 107 yds and a TD. Would be huge for the Packers if TB can win this one. And even bigger would be if the Skins can beat Philly...leading by 1 at the half but i wont hold my breath.
And Jake Delhomme...is done. The guy has no clue/confidence anymore. Granted he is getting little to no help from his receivers, but he is making decisions that are rookie like. I see a complete house-cleaning coming in Charlotte with Bill Cowher the guy to rebuid everything.

The one in the endzone was PI for sure. The other one should have been ruled uncatchable IMHO. He interfered with his right hand but that was not a catchable ball.

That sort of contact happens on just about every throw made in the NFL...so if that is what they saw, I call shenanigans....but yes it was also uncatchable, which makes the call even worse.
I dont think i have seen Manning hit this often in a game in a couple years...the Texans d is really bringing it.

Pierre Garcon just looks better and better every week. Colts continue to keep reloading that offensive unit every season. Than again when the QB position is set, it's probably pretty easy to fill in the positions around that.

Well Mathis just stripped Schaub here to pretty much hammer home the nail in the coffin. Should the Bills hold on it puts the Texans and Dolphins at 5-6. Not officially eliminated but they'll need to go on an epic run to get to the playoffs and get help elsewhere.

The guys in the booth nearly gave me a heart attack when T.O. scored a TD.
Good lord.

Just cant understand this Texans team...game after game, year after year they shoot themselves in the foot.
Kubiak must be lost as to what to do to change the culture there as it is clear that losing is something they just cant shake no matter how talented they are.

I will now say the Fins season is over. Not a big surprise given the schedule and the 0-3 start but how do you not beat Buffalo?

Technically no there not out. but they'd have to win the last 5 to have a remote shot and we both know that won't happen. I'll still be watching next week-end with my faint hope of a miraculous end ot the season, but yah it just wasn't meant to be. We need a big time receiver, that has to be this teams #1 priority in the off season, hopefully through the draft though.
How do you not beat Buffalo, simple you make terrible play calls and bad execution on others.
It's a divisional game you can throw out all the statistics in divisional games, this is were most of the upsets happen in the leage.

Could this weekend be going any better for the Denver Broncos?
- Take care of business at home against the Giants? check
- Dennis Dixon starting for the Steelers AT Baltimore? check
- Miami loses...check
- Houston loses...check
- Oakland loses...check (no playoff implications, but Oakland losing is always good)
- Kansas City beats San Diego?
- San Francisco beats Jacksonville?
- Baltimore makes Dennis Dixon look like Dennis Dixon?

Should the Chiefs beat the Chargers Troutman wins the Survival pool I guarantee that doesn't happen and that we're both making picks next week. I'm so sure of a Charger win that I pledge to buy a Jamarcus Russel jersey and a Larry Johnson Chiefs jersey if it doesn't happen. Cheering for the Chiefs, but I know they're dead today.

With that kind of jinx I wish that I could still put money on a Chiefs victory!
