Just announced on ESPN radio that the authorities are saying alcohol was NOT a factor. Surprising to me ... that type of accident at that time of night definitely screams drunk accident to me.
Hope he turns out ok.

Wow... Seriously hope Tiger is okay. If this turns out to be serious, what kind of ending would that be for what had potential to be the best career in sports history.
Doubtful that alcohol was involved, otherwise charges should have been laid, no?

We may never know whether alcohol was involved... these types of things can be covered up very easily unless there's an overzealous cop involved who wants to play hero
