Hard to say. The transit cops were over the line, but they edit the video from the time that the cops approach them til where he gets a beatdown. The second guy is just ######ed, and really slow.

The edited video then shows an altercation between the men and the officers.
One of the officers is shown using pepper spray and a baton on one of the men. A man, facedown on the ground, is also kneed by the officer. The video does not show the events leading up to these moments.
Calgary Transit is investigating the incident but says so far it appears the officers did everything right.
Transit officials say its platform security video shows the entire incident. They also say the officers were provoked and shoved by the men.
Transit also says it thinks the intent all along may have been to get arrested and get it on tape.
"We're concerned that the incident was partially to goad officers into taking enforcement actions on camera. That's based on comments that are actually on that video indicating that one of the individuals won't be going back into the bar until he is arrested," says Brian Whitelaw from Calgary Transit.
The men were arrested that night and are facing charges of obstruction, resisting arrest and assault of a peace officer.

Should have tasered the little pickerhead so that the transit cop wouldn't have needed to get the pepper spray in his eyes as well.
The video is clearly edited to show bias against the police here.

I see two transit Cops faced with dealing with a group of drunken, beligerent, dope smoking morons.
Not to sure why the pepper spray came out but it seemed initially the attitude of the Transit Police was fairly relaxed towards the guy smoking a joint in public. Something happend that were not seeing in this video.

The real question here is can one white guy call another white guy his 'homie'?
And that video is definitely edited. I like how everything is calm and then all hell breaks loose.
This is nothing more than a ploy of an 'artist' who isn't good enough to get crowds by his music alone so he relies on stunts and shenanigans. Lame.

What a bunch of losers. Serves them right. If it was cops they were acting tough to it would have been much worse.

I'm rarely one to back the cops in these types of videos, but I don't see a thing out of line there. The knee was probably unnecessary, but considering the kid had been running around and was squirming to get out it's certainly not anything that crosses a line.
I'm hoping that one of you who's good with editing can throw some keystone cops music over that little foot chase. Hilarious.

Shoulda gave him a couple more knees. Generally, I'm not a fan of transit cops, but in this case, they were entirely in the right. Those s deserved all that they got and a more.

This video should be used to promote birth control. I was hoping the cop would crack one of their heads open.

The only disciplinary action these cops need is a strong lesson on how to beat people like this even harder. I wanted to see them pepper sprayed before the cops even showed up.

Transit did everything right here, those guys were acting like ###### bags and probably endangering others around them while filming a shinguard youtube video to raise publicity. Probably are cousins from the Ballon boy family.

"I got 15 years Hapkido man!"
LOL!! Epic FAIL. Doubt this'll get em the street cred they so desperately wanted to offset their lack of musical talent. Oh well, they can always start a boy band...
Tasers on these popped collar losers would have been far more amusing.

Wow, I think I would be in jail for a long time if I ever chose a law enforcement career.

I really hope the OP didn't post that video trying to get some sympathy for "Cody the Catch" or try and make the cops look bad. Those guys got exactly what they deserved, I really hope this "hip-hop" crew takes there act to place like L.A. or New York see how the cops like being called "fagg*ts" there, something tells me a little more than pepper spray would be used.

All this is is a couple ######ed mouthpieces acting like pricks to a couple Transit Cops, all for the sake of getting some attention and encouraging people to sign up for thier YouTube subscription.
Don't even get me started on how ######ed the whole "subscribe to my YouTube channel" thing is.
