Damn, lose by 1 goal to the Kings again...argh. At least Jussi Jokinen is starting to do something; I guess the threat of being traded got to him.

The Kings kept us to 20 shots and they had 31 on us; unfortunately it was our strong penalty kill which gave up 2 PP opportunities that got the Kings the win. We'll move on and try to put another streak together here soon.

Atlanta plays their most complete game of the season in a 6-0 win over the Coyotes. Outshot them 28-21, didn't take any penalties, scored two PP goals and got balanced contributions. Khabibulin made 21 saves for the SO and Sturm led the way offensively with 2 G, 2 A.

Kings post a win against the Canadians.
Good effort by the team.
2 for 7 on the power play was the trick!
also, keeping the Canadians power house to 20 shots really helped to.
Mason has to tighten up. 3 goals on 20 shots doesnt make for a good save percentage.

Ok, so the positive in this game... last game against the Rangers, they lit us up. This game, we scored the first goal, in the third period. Couldn't hold the lead, but practically played toe to toe with the Rags.

And Ovechkin has found his touch, scoring his 9th of the season. Things are looking up.

Nashville wins the cat-fight as we beat the Panthers 3-1. Radim Vrbata picked up a goal and assist and most notably Mike Smith stopped all but one.

Milwaukee started another winning streak with a 6-3 win as well.

Another good defensive game for the Rangers..... this year we are playing the Brent Sutter style....

In other news... Rangers team Morale is "73"... which is the highest in CPHL. What ever that means...

I just can't string 2 wins together. Richard Zednik lead the way with a pair of goals.
