Excellent defense. Especially when you KNOW they are going to run.
What the hell is Mendenhall thinking running out of bounds?

It was 3rd and goal. If they don't punch it in then they have to kick a FG. That gets blocked and run back for a TD (unlikely) and all of a sudden it could be a 3 point game.
That hit was a bit much though. Wow.

That's a dirty hit and a classless reaction by Harrison.

The Denver-San Diego game in 2 weeks should be very interesting.

I'm guessing the lead is 2 games when they play.

So in the AFC at the halfway part of the season:
*Colts 8-0
*Patriots 6-2
*Bengals 6-2
*Broncos 6-2
! Steelers 6-2
! Chargers 5-3
Texans 5-4
Ravens 4-4
Jets 4-4
Jaguars 4-4
* = division leaders
! = wildcard holders
Should be a great finish!

If the season finished today Broncos would be the#2 seed. Too bad for them, I can't see them being higher than a 4th seed. With that being said I believe we'll see a repeat of last year with the Chargers catching the broncos and winning the division. Just won't be as dramatic as last year.
Tonight was the Kyle Orton I am use to seeing. Lets see if he turns back into himself or if he's still Cinderella.

What do you base that prediction on? Have you even looked at the schedules?
Do you think the Chargers can win out, because I don't. 12-4 won't do it.

I just don't think the Broncos are as good as there record shows and they've showed it the last 2 weeks. I think the Broncos will finish 10-6. With that being said I think the Chargers will finish 11-5. That is just my opinion, I know you don't like it and you want your team respected but the Broncos got whooped in the last two weeks. The games weren't even close, if they were close losses then I might think differently.
Only time will tell if I will be right. At least you'll most likely make the playoffs can't say the same for my fins.

Sounds like a knee jerk reaction to me.
I don't see 4 losses on the schedule for Denver.
We'll see. I'd put money on it. The Chargers have a much tougher schedule and a defense that looks a heck of a lot like Denver's defense looked last year.

Lifetime In Suspension

Broncos D was great considering the circumstances. The offence on the other hand, sheesh. That was painful. Wish I could say what they need to fix, but I don't know. A little vintage Orton can bring some of us fans back to earth. I still have faith, but some serious adjusments on offence need to be made. The run game was pathetic. Curses!

Actually the schedules look very similar.
Each team has 4 tough games,
SD - Dallas, Philly, Cincy, Denver
Denver - Philly, indy, SD, giants
The division is a toss up now. You're still a good team, just not a great team. I still think an upgrade at QB is definately needed.

Absolutely, and I would never argue otherwise.
I think the Giants game is out of place on that list..

What was with both teams in the last 90 seconds when PIT was inside the 10. PIT should have just kneeled and not risked any injury or a fumble return TD and then the Broncs would have had the ball down by 11 with like 20 seconds left.
Then when the Broncs had the ball why did they try to push it up the field, game was clearly done, not sure why you would want to risk injury. Only explanation I can think of is the coach wanted to practice the 2 min drill in a game situation even though the game was done.
Either way, Broncos will kill the Redskins next week.
