This may be a dumb argument but at least using two "sticks" takes a bit of practice and dare I say "skill" rather than pointing a mouse at the exact place you want to shoot. Just saying, not to mention I'd rather buy a console every 7 years rather than upgrade my computer every 2. Chatting with my friends on xbox live is also a big bonus for me. Not sure about computer chatting, minus ventrilo.

The computer upgrade cycle hasn't applied for about 4-5 years now. With the emphasis on consoles, all the developers have built their game on the gaming technology generation of 4-5 years ago.

Computers don't need to be upgraded all the time anymore, ironically because of consoles.

I forgot to mention, MW2 is focused on auto-aim now. You hit your L trigger for ironsights and crosshairs and it automatically LOCKS ON to the nearest enemy.

Is this in all difficulties?
I assume it's not like this for multiplayer also, correct?

Wasn't MW1 like that too?

Thank goodness for that, I was getting very irritated buying a $600 vid card every year to play a $40.00 game.

Heres hoping my 8800 GTX will run this game.

I also cannot understand how people play and enjoy FPS games on a console.

In either case TF2 is still around and still getting better. Swing and miss by the COD developer.
Me either, the day microsoft releases a mouse/keyboard unit for the 360 is the day my 10 year old son looses his xbox

It was always like this, even in Call of Duty 2.

I pre-ordered this from Bestbuy back when they were offering it for $50 if you did so. I've never pre-ordered anything before. Does this mean I should get the game on the 10th, or they will ship it out on the 10th and I should expect it more around the 14th or so.
(I opted to have it shipped to my door instead of nearest store)

I ordered batman this way and had to wait about a week for it to get to my door. Really wish i'd selected to pick it up in store. Hopefully your experience is different.

If you check your order status on BB.ca, it shouldn't let you cancel anymore. They will be SHIPPING the game on Tuesday morning, so you'll have it by the latest Friday.

When it gets sent(Tuesday) you will recieve a tracking #. The tracking # will show the expected delivery date, so you know when to check

I'm more pissed off that people have been playing this game for so long already.

I'm not talking about skill. You can make the controls so hard to use that yes maybe it is more skillful. I'm talking about enjoy a game with good controls ala FPS on a PC.

There is no way that you can say that the control scheme on a console controller is mroe fun to play than with a keyboard and mouse if you play the same game on both. I've tried!

The clans that I play in would definitely turn off the helicopter kill streak, and nuke kill. Though, we won't have to worry about it because I don't know of anybody in the community who is bothering with the game.
