Tomas Vokoun with his first shutout of the year. Well done. Nice to see the depth stepping up in light of fatigue and injuries: Radek Dvorak, Justin Williams and Chad LaRose.

A solid 5-3 win for the Thrashers over the Flyers. Pavel Datsyuk continues to be dynamite this season getting another 4 points to lead the offensive charge. Datsyuk is tied with Briere (Ducks) in the CPHL points race with 30 points in 18 games. Marian Hossa chipped in with 3 points and is tied for 8th in the points race with 22 points in 18 games.

Dan Ellis started in goal to give Khabibulin the day off and faired pretty well to go 2-0-0 on the season. Thrashers now have a very much needed 2 days off.

We outshoot Buffalo 34-22 and lose to Dany freakin' Sabourin. PP went 0-6 and the 2nd line was invisible.

This team can't seem to put a streak together since the 10 game streak early on.

Ouch... Capitals lose 2 in a row for the first time all season. Some much needed rest for the next couple days to recoup as 4 of the top 6 forwards and Brodeur are all fatigued.

Big win for the Senators vs the Caps.

Eric Staal and Recchi both have big games wth 3 points each.
bout time for Recchi as he has been slumping latly...

Good game by Roli!

You have to be F'ing kidding me though about my farm team injuries. 3 games in 3 days and I've lost a guy each game I think. I can't bring in guys quick enough to cover all of the injuries .

Massive game by Gaborik with the Hattrick! Great to win the first game under a new head coach. Hopefully this team can now find consistency. Price shines again and is now 5-1 on the year. He is clearly the number one goalie right now.

Well I went out on a quick one day job and it ended up taking 3 days so my apologies for missing my lines that past 2 days.

Good to see the win one lose one streak is still in tack. Turco is the savior one night and the goat the next.

Crap! Flames lose another one goal game. Maybe I need to find one more scoring forward?.

We got trashed 4-0 by the Canucks. Pretty unimpressive game from the Predators tonight.

The Admirals continue to roll though with a 2-1 victory....15 and counting!

I know what you are saying the Islanders had 3 farm players go down in the last game alone and that's with moving players around to make players with a higher CON play more minutes. It also seems that if your team has a lower morale the players don't recover as fast. I have had players come back from injury in the low to mid 90's so even if they are back I can barely use them. Looks like I am going to have to have more players than the max knowing that I will always have players on injured reserve. It sure makes things interesting and keeps us on our toes. Gotta get the team ready to play 11 games in 13 days starting in a few weeks
