Pretty sure he started at the Trans-Canada on the West side of the city just past COP and then stayed on Stoney trail all the way to the end, except I don't exactly know where it ends now.

They need to do something with the section between Crowchild Trail and 16th Ave. Too many intersections that go right into communities. It's just so slow compared to the rest of the ring road.

yeah it starts from westbound 16th ave by COP then goes all the way to 17th aw se...not the red mile, but the ghetto mile lol. Second video is uploading to youtube right now

that was pretty sweet. i kept thinking damn he's driving fast and freaking out when it looked like you would wait for the last moment to pass. haha

I still wonder what's faster, driving through the city or using the ring road to go around.

Maybe we can convince kurwamac for a video driving the old fashioned way and staying on 16 Ave, for comparison sake.

the thing with youtube is they only let you download 10 minutes of video. But it could be calculated if you google velocity calculator and get all the info..mind you your average speed is probably somewhere between 30-50 on 16th

Traffic is a bit better now on 16 Ave now that the ring road is open. Fewer rigs in 16 Ave makes a big difference!
