History Lesson Thread
I have no idea where to put this nor could I think of a better title, so this is what I got.
Watching a TV show that made reference to turning a waterhose on a black man, and it had to do with something in the 60's and civil rights. I tried googling it but I'm coming up empty, whats the story on this?
