iPhone Speech Bubble? Question

Hey I am ussually pretty good with doing things myself but I have the 1st gen iPhone that is jailbroken and unlocked. But today it just vibrated and there is a speech bubble with an "!" in it right beside my bettery icon in the top right. Does anyone know what this means?



Thats what it looks like just with a "!" in it. on the main screen it is just grey but when I open any other app its this redish colour. I cant seem to find out what it means online so I thought I would try CP.

Edit: I tested all the functionality (phone, ipod, texting, etc.) and everything seems to work I just dont know what this icon means

Final edit: thanks guys I found out what it was... its from iBlacklist from a person i blocked from texting me

if you have iBlacklist installed it means you got a SMS from someone on your list.

expired alarm in the calender or a new SMS from anyone, if you have Taskbar Notifier installed.
