This week I am on to pitas!
Grilled chicken breast, plain, little bit of lemon juice, diced up.
1 bell pepper (I actually use half a red and half a yellow but it equals 1) diced up
Diced up or shredded cheese depending on if I feel like washing the shredder after
Torn lettuce (not sure on measurements of these I am just eye balling it)
1 whole wheat pita
Mixing all those together inside and it has been unreal both days. The only thing that sucked was today I put in a bit too much and it tore in some parts, but I brought a fork as a back up which came in handy.
Water and Green Tea to drink.
