It's the biggest reason for Fata's. When I saw the first thread I thought it was going to be some joke about the Coyote and Roadrunner so I didn't enter it. I guess I just don't understand what is so hard about actually having a proper title.
Sorry to hear about this girl, how tragic and a horrible way to go! I went on her website and started reading her Mom's note and I had to stop.

Found her myspace music page. She was pretty talented and had a great maturity about her. Its saddening listening to her music because it makes you realize how much talent and potential was lost. http://www.myspace.com/taylormitchellband

I saw this Moose picture last week on a blog I read.
Apparently that is NOT a walking path, but a single lane dirt road for vehicles.

A pathologist will test the animal's body for diseases that might have triggered the attack, he said.
Searches for other aggressive animals in the park continue, he said.
"Public safety is our primary concern," he said.
He said no other coyote attacks had ever occurred in the park. "We've had coyotes approach people too closely," he said, and about six years ago one nipped a person.
That animal was killed because of "lack of fear," he said.
But Tuesday's attack is "unprecedented and a totally isolated incident," he said.

That moose photo looks photo shopped.. the world record was shot in Russia if I am not mistaken, but I don't believe it was anywhere near that big.

Agreed; moose are huge, but not that huge. That looks to be about 10 feet tall, which is about 2.5 feet taller than the largest ones ever recorded.

Definitely photoshopped. His legs are in the exact same position in both shots. Plus... it just looks photoshopped.

Wow, I really hope the first half of that post is sarcastic.

I seen one in Newfoundland that looked close to that size, the locals there call him Fred and they thought he weighs close to 2500lbs, He walked behind a van and you could see his antlers and part of his head above the roof..a full size van.
I've seen plenty of moose but nothing came close to Fred.

Yeah, that can't be real. I had one pass within 50ft of my truck on Monday. They are big, but not that big.
