You don't? I typically have everything rehearsed one, sometimes two parties in advance. It's very efficient. The only problem is when people do things that you hadn't planned on, then you have to act on the fly. This is when I usually just run out the front door and vanish into the night.

I even rehearse conversations in advance. Usually it works really well, except for when they say something I didn't anticipate. Then I just stare at them with a funny look on my face until they start to feel stupid and leave.
