Is that the whole question? because it makes no sense, shouldnt they give you a number out of how many are chosen? but if not i'd guess 100%

there's 15 total, 10 are chocolate, 5 are vanilla... what is the probability that you draw at least 1 chocolate out of the 15.

Take a bite out of 7 of them, and hide the rest in the couch.

=P(1/3) + P(2/3) + P(3/3)
= 10/15 + (10/15 + 9/14) + (10/15 + 9/14 + 8/13)
... I think...

well its 100% then. If your drawing 15 out of the 15 in the box you will get 10 chocolate and 5 vanilla. unless im really missing something.

Umm... I don't think its 100%. If there were 12 in a box, you pick 3, then it would be 100%.
I just realized I'm wrong, its been a while since I did probability.
P(at least 1 C) = 1 - P(W, W, W)

So I'm being Neil Diamond for Halloween, and recently changed my Facebook status to something about Halloween this year being as sweet as a 'Hot August Night' in 72. Someone commented on said status and asked what I was being. I think part of me died inside.

Maybe its just because I'm addicted to the interwebz but my next thing if I had said person would have been to google hot august night. And then figure it out. I guess I just misjudged.

That's fine, anything does in random thoughts.
Although, unbelievably not EVERYONE reads random thoughts

Yeah he did, it was probability too. I probably should have been more helpful, but I was in a bad mood that day.

I love "om nom nom". That is the greatest thing to ever come out of the internet.
