hey Ice,

are you going to Staples on dec. 7?
Absolutely. I wouldn't miss it. I'm just not sure who I'll be pulling for yet.

I was wanting to watch a specific movie on DVD that I know I own, but I can't find it. I must've leant it out to somebody, and they never gave it back. Very frustrating.

Watch re-runs of "Three's Company" on ch. 49 and you'll be asleep before you know it.

I definitely woulda put FML on that one.

My ex and I somehow always have something to do somewhere else when we have a chance to hang out.

Except some time in November I have to drive her to the airport so she could fly to Edmonton to see her current bf, no real excuse there.

Define anything.

Anything as in the topic is never defined. Yes.

Anything as in a man taking a shart on a chicks face. No.

CP is fairly strictly controlled. If it isn't 14A/PG-13 you probably shouldn't post it. If it is slightly racy (ie swearing or something) you might want to just link it or put a NSFW notice in your post.

Definitely no nudity or sexually explicit or graphic material.

Well, here goes. Not racy at all, sorry dudes.

Within the past few hours I've come to believe my coworker has had access to my email and was reading it possibly for as long as all year. To be honest, my boss and I have had some pretty candid exchanges about her, which I now believe she's become aware of. I have a new password now (is it possible she jotted the old one down when I first started the job and remembered it?)

Now what do I do? Whistleblow or keep it on the downlow? I don't have hard evidence, just a strong hunch based on circumstantial evidence.

That sucks. have you noticed any emails appearing to have been read when you know you haven't read them? Have you let your boss know of your suspicion? The two of you could easily set her up by a planted email exchange.

I also suspect my email is being monitored at work, by the owners of the company. Like you, I have no proof except that HR has confided in me that the owners are concerned that I might leave and follow my boss to his new job. Its not a huge problem for me because I don't use my work email for personal reasons anyway. It still feels like a violation of privacy though. At my work, they don't need to know your password, they just have IT put your mailbox on their computer for access to everything. We do it for legitimate purposes, like my boss's email was on my computer because he wanted me to have access to everything of his. But its also been done to catch employees who are using company email to goof around all day and have been written up for it. If your mailbox gets put on someone else's computer, there's no evidence of it at your desk.

But there would be evidence of it on the desk of the one who read it, would there not?

Yes, in my situation. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the owners' computers to check. Its not worth it for me, they're not going to see anything on my email since I use for work related business only. When I email my old boss we use personal email accounts we have on our phones.

It's supposed to go down into the 80s this afternoon and then continue down into the 50s. Everyone is so exciting about it. It has really changed the mood around here.

F canadian tire... quoted 30 minutes for a simple code reading... turns into 1 hour and they refuse to acknowledge the conversation I had before.

God damnit. I could have just bought the code reader and did it myself for nearly the same cost.. but I already have one sitting in storage in red deer.

I'm going to Palm Springs the Monday after next, so I checked the weather and it was 37 degrees C (about 98 F) yesterday. 37! I can't function in that kind of heat, anything over 30 and my Canadian-based molecules go on strike.
