That's why I deep fry my turkey. It seers the outside and keeps all of the juices inside. We also inject the bird with hotsauce. 45 min for a 12 pound turkey. Yum.
I don't like stuffing.

My friends and I are doing this for American Thanksgiving at the end of November.
We tried to get organized last year but couldn't get enough people to make it worthwhile.

The purpose of stuffing is to take up space on other people's plates, thereby reducing the amount of good stuff they can put on their plate, leaving more of said good stuff for me. Good stuff = dark meat, potatoes & gravy, pickles, tomoto aspic and sweet potatoes.

Vile, vile stuff. The only thing worse is pickled beets.
Why does Swiss Chalet charge more for white meat? Or even when they don't charge more, they seem surprised when I ask for dark meat.
me: I'll have your half wrap, please.
SC: Will that be white or dark meat?
me: Dark
SC Are you sure? There is no extra charge for white.
me: yes, I'm sure.

Pickled beets? Vile? Au contraire mon frere. Pickled beets are not only tasty, but they give you red "ink" for writing in the snow.

When your stuffing, its important to lubricate the oriface before you start jamming stuff into it.
Its a good thing

Wow, your hotness grade has taken a small dip today.
Just so that I can explain it simply
If you don't like Bacon you don't like democracy.
