So he jaywalks and gets smoked by a car. He is a mouthpiece and disobeys the school rules and gets owned again. As we all know if you follow the rules these things don't happen. Next he will get a license and back into a parking stall. Upon receipt of his ticket he goes banana's and is repeatedly tasered by the local constabulary.

All because this little jerk can't just follow some simple rules.

No Problem . I should have asked for clarification.

I didn't mean in this case that violence was acceptable. I was responding to the guys post about any violence being unacceptable.

Then I said if somebody is mouthing off and pushing a guys buttons then I don't have a problem if he gets a little ass kicking. There seem to be too many people who think they can yap but then cry if the situation changes. It is probably a different topic.
Problem with cases you cited it often goes beyond an ass kicking (especialy with gangs) where retaliation is often the case where people are seriously hurt or killed. I just don't see how violence solves anything.

I agree. Back in my day some school yard justice was between the two people involved. End up with a few bruises and a new understanding.

Now it seems like the goal is to kill somebody.
