When you going down? I am thinking I might do down in first week of December catch the Flames game, and a Cardinals game.

As a kid I hated metal. "Symphony of Destruction" changed that. Damn I love that song.

Never heard it until Guitar Hero. It's since been one of the more epic songs in my library. Definitely an awesome song.

One of my favourite bits from Brian Regan.

I started work at 6 today because the Rock 101 station here is broadcasting live from our work on Tuesdays. They were going to interview Gene Simmons this morning, and I expected I'd be meeting him, but it ended up being a phone interview and Gene wasn't actually coming in to the broadcast.
So alas, I didn't meet Gene Simmons.

i hate it when people send stuff to the printer and never pick it up. paper just piles up. sometimes i walk by the printer and take everything and throw it in the recycle bin. this problem gets worse when they send to the large plotter. i use to throw large plotter prints to the middle of the aisle.

yeah, i am kinda crazy

I hate when people can't figure out what printer is closest to their desk, so they send it to the wrong printer and when they don't get anything coming out of their closest printer, they keep hitting print over and over not realizing they are printing to the wrong place - hello!!

I was sitting at a coffee shop and a couple of guys were speaking some gobblygoo language that I could not even decifer. Usually when you hear a foreign language you have some idea right? Didn't have a clue.

So before i left I had to ask them out of curiousity.

The answer:

"We be speaking Irish me lass"

How could I not recognize Irish?

You weren't drinking. Get a thimble full of lemon gin into you and you'd be fluent.

I was just thinkin' today while I was ogling the waitresses at lunch - 7 more years and I can be a dirty old man. Right now I'm just a middle-aged pervert, which is ok, but I'm thinking once I hit 50 I can really hit my stride, sharpen my game and show the young whippersnappers that you can't out-creep an old creep.

However, should I go "sports-car" or not? I've never really been a car guy, but to fully embrace the gestalt, some kind of ludicrous vehicle is somewhat of a requirement. Either that or I'll have to go low-rent and be that old guy on the bus nobody wants to sit near, but I'm not big on public transit any more than I am sports cars.

Good thing I still have some time to think it over and get opinions. My theory is: if it's worth doing, it's worth doing well.

Go for the sports car, why not! Go all out, get the driving cap and gloves too.

However don't keep it until you are ridiculously old. We have a client who drives a corvette and I cringe every time I see him pull up in this car and it takes him literally 10 minutes to crawl out of it - trust me not a good look for anyone.

I kicked ass in flag football last night. 2 catches on offense for 50 yards, plus a game-saving interception on defense.
