Good news!

The victim, who showed signs of being stressed after the break-in, suffered no injuries to his paws or mouth and eventually calmed down.

But he survived, and didn't lose his nutsack so he is still free to pollute the gene pool. I don't think he even qualifies for an honorable mention.

It's a good thing the tigers were at the zoo, because I heard the intruders were ARMED!

What do you call a man with no arms and no legs sneaking into the Calgary Zoo Tiger cage?

The Black Knight. (Monty Python Holy Grail reference).

OR

Repeat Visitor

(Yes, a guy who loses his arm to a tiger is going to be the butt of jokes the rest of his life.)

I'm sure he'd give his left nut to have his right arm back.

I think the jokes are warranted. This morning one of the trades made a funny... A few guys were chatting about how stupid it was to sneak into the tiger cage and the pump operator wasn't up to snuff on the whole story, so I explained it as I knew it. My last line was "the doctors may have to amputate his arm" to which he replied "F*** that... They should cut it off and beat him with it!!"....
We laughed.

CALGARY - Police have charged the two people who sneaked into the Calgary Zoo's tiger pen earlier this week, officials said this morning.

The two men, Trevor James Wearmouth and Thomas Anthony Bryce-Hart, both 27, have been charged with trespassing for entering the zoo during morning hours of Oct. 5. The pair scaled a first set of perimeter fencing before going up to the inner fence that separated the tigers from the two men.

Just to flesh out the charges a little more....the majority of the time being charged under the petty trespass act is only a ticket with a fine. However, as with all tickets, it is possible for police to disregard the fine and make the ticket mandatory court.
