Default Tim Erixon - coast to coast goal

Tim Erixon scored an awesome goal tonight, going coast to coast on his own against frölunda in the Swedish Elite League. He got the puck behind his own net with a player chasing him, then got past 2 other frölunda players before putting it top shelf behind former NHL goaltender Johan Holmqvist.

Check out the goal in the highlight video from the game.

That was an awesome goal, first the skill and speed to go end to end but then a goal scorers finish to put it shelf and literally stick it up in the top of the net.

thank-you for the video! Wow Erixon showed great speed, hands, and finish on that goal. He truly is a solid 2-way d-man, and not just a defensive d-man. Looks like another solid prospect for Darryl and our scouts. I look forward to watching him in this years world jrs.

Isn't he playing with guys way older than him? Bobby Orr Jr. is his name.

Wow, great goal. When I first saw this thread I first thought it was one of his plays from last season..........didn't he have a nice end-to-end rush last year as well?

Looks like a better skater than I remember. He seemed kind of tall and lanky before, perhaps he's just filling out and getting stronger.

Don't you mean he showed great Swedish on that goal?
