Selling cap this year

With the retirement of Brisebois and Kolzig I have quite a bit of extra cap this season. I am willing to sell this years cap for some cap next season. Most of you should know that the sponsorship deadline is Sept 30th and I am going to assume most GMs are leaving this to the last minute so get your offers in. Willing to send equal amounts ie: 1 mill this year for 1 mill next year.

Wings could sell some cap this year as well. Unlike the Avs however I will be needing a 2 for 1 type return.

I traded with him this off-season and thought it was fine?

Frankly if I were selling cap I'd be wanting a premium as well!

Selling cap is all about the timing. Earliert his off-season I had to pay a permium because I needed to fit everyone under the cap. Now teams are generally in OK shape (i traded for some just for sponsorship purposes) so there's not a market for the cap.

Each season some team end up with a buttload of cap and nothing to do with it at season's end....so if you are too patient you end up missing out too.

Naaa its the Todd Marchant for Brendan Morrow offers I get from time to time that seem to be the real deal killers for me.
