"Saturday Night Live" will open with four new shows in a row. Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds is the host on Oct. 3, with musical guest Lady Gaga. Drew Barrymore and Gerard Butler are hosts in the following two weeks. Regina Spektor and Shakira bring the music.

Are you kidding me? The best part of the show is when they get ripped to shreds!
Trust me, we're on the same team. I love it when they rip the idiots to shreds. I was just saying that since they do more human interest stuff on Shark Tank, you see the entrepreneurs as real people and you may start to empathize with them. This makes the ripping to shreds a lot less enjoyable. Whereas on the Den, they just bring them in and you don't hear how they're on their second mortgage and if this thing fails, they're ruined. So when Kevin rips them a new one, you can laugh.
Is my life that much lamer that I am now VERY interested in this premiere season? Or is it because I have a PVR, I have to pay attention to maximize my time and get the "good stuff"?
Fantastic episode of Fringe tonight! What a great show!

Community looks good. Much better than Parks and Rec. I had to laugh when the one guy recited lines from Breakfast Club. I did the same thing in Vancouver once at a pub, when Judd Nelson was at the next table, and I had a bit too much to drink.
Curb Your Enthusiasm was hilarious as usual and I can't wait until the start the Sienfeld reunion. There was a special that aired last night about it.
The new HBO show Bored to Death will probably become one of my faves. It stars Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson and Zach Galifianakis, all 3 at their best.
I see people in the thread with four and five shows they are watching and think how is that possible? Well for a sports fan. I turn on the TV and it goes straight to TSN, then onto Sportsnet, the Score, Big Ten network, TSN 2, and maybe CBC if it's the weekend. Or I head onto my computer and checkout what's being streamed that evening. I rarely if ever get down to watching TV shows and never consistently except for LOST. Actually I guess most of the time I have one TV show that breaks up my sports watching for an hour a week.
