How did everyone do in week 1? I survived as I picked San Diego over Oakland. Seems like a lot of people picked Baltimore, San Diego, New Orleans or Minnesota.

I always take a sure-fire favorite the first week (NO) to ensure i get through. I almost took SD, but I never know with them.

I also took SD and looked like I was going to regret that last night! Thankfully I can't fall for them again.

I prefer to try and take home teams in these pools. I was tempted to take New Orleans, but felt that it was a better bet to pick the team playing Kansas City. Although if you mix up who's playing Kansas City, Detroit, or St.Louis it shouldn't be hard to go undefeated. Those three teams might combine to win 6 games this year.

I think that both KC and Detroit are going to be better than only 2 wins each. Particulary the Chiefs...the AFC West is really quite pathetic!

San Diego ruined me 2 years in a row so I guess I will wait until the season is almost over. I picked New Orleans last week so I am still good for the next week.

I had Baltimore. There were several good choices. Not so this week. Tough pick for me.

I survived Week 2 picking Minnesota Vikings to win against the Detroit Lions. How everyone do this week so far?

I'm out. I had the Titans and thought that was a sure thing. I almost moved from them to someone else because I figured that I would save them until late this season when I was out of mediocre teams! I guess Houston showed me!

This year I think it's really going to be about picking which team you think really sucks and taking the team they're playing against. I don't care who the Eagles QB is next week. I'm taking them and knowing I can focus on my week 4 pick.

I thought after the destruction of the Texans at home last week that they would face a beat down in Nashville against a motivated and angry team with an extra 3 days to prepare. Basically what I'm saying is that even with this tactic there are no guarantees!

I can understand why you might have thought the Titans would win.

Except that the Texans maybe weren't a team who suck so much as they had a bad game against a good team in the Jets.

Whereas teams like Kansas City, Detroit, and Cleveland, they're just bad teams who really can't win right now.

Although even that theory can fizzle out too. Hopefully after the rest of the people in the pool fell for the trap of trying to pick winners while I key on who I think the losers are!

I picked San Diego in week 1 and this week I picked Washington so I am still alive. Washington should have won by more.......only 9 pts against the pathetic Rams is brutal. Ah well, atleast they got the W.
