Gog and Magog were located in Turkey. Iraq is where Abraham was born and called out of by the Lord. It is also the location of the city of Babylon. There is no way Bush wouldn't know that.

I think it's pretty simple - if you seriously wonder if the end times are coming and try to discern the actual location of Gog and Magog in order to confirm your fears: you are a loony.
Personally, I can see Bush drunk out of his mind one night on Jack Daniels, alone in the Oval Office with the sound of the cleaners vacuuming the hall outside, and he decides to call Chirac, "Hell, it's mornin' over there in Froggy-Land, ain't it?" Then the conversation proceeds as "good ol' Jacques" remembers, except Bush wakes up the next morning and doesn't remember any of it because his head "hurts like a summabitch".
