It does say on the site in the fine print. I tried trading in 4 games and only 1 of them was worth over $8.

I got a whopping $3 for NHL09.

Use www.tivs.ca to get an estimate on how much it is.

Also, I noticed the retail price on my receipt was 74.99 for NHL10.. when the hell did games get that expensive?

EB sucks. If you can't qualify for the $20 deal, then just buy the game at Walmart or something.

I'm getting it at Wal-Mart at midnight tomorrow night. I might trade in another game (which has $35 credit), and end up getting it at EB because I have $40 credit there still. But damn, if they're charging $74.99, I will seriously be pissed off, what a rip off.

I don't understand why Canada gets so boned on game sales, $59.99 in the US, $69.99 here in Canada, and now $74.99? Fataing hell.

I think EB is just jacking the price on NHL10 because they know Canadians will pay for it.

Their website is still selling '09 for $60.

There website shows $69.99 for NHL 10. I'm going tomorrow to trade in a game, which would give me an accumulated value of $75ish, so we'll find out. I hope there doing a midnight release as well.

Odd, I had to cancel my preorder from Calgary and put it in Edmonton. I got 69.99 credit, so I'm pretty certain the game is 70 bucks. That was the same as Madden and most sport games with the exception of TW which is 5 bucks cheaper.

The day NHL 10 comes out, is the day I have 3 hours of class + 4 hour lab and then I told my friend I would volunteer for 5 hours. By then I'm not going to have time to get NHL and go right to bed. I'm so sad.

Ha, no labs for me yet. Just 3 hours of lecture tomorrow.
