If anyone is in the NW, the EB Games in Coventry is having a Midnight release. I pre-ordered it today after trading in 6 games, they said a ton of people will be there.
He didn't mention anything about the pre-order bonus, but I am sure we get it. Just not sure if we get it with the game, or he boned me and forget about giving it to me when I bought the game.

Even judging by the demo I thought the difference was quite big. The atmosphere is so much better with the more dynamic and active crowds, the board play adds a neat element and the rough stuff after the play is great... not to mention a bunch of other nice tweaks like batting pucks out of the air, passing is very different, and goalies able to make virtually any save a real goalie can.

Dude, I'm addicted to this game. Since I got it on Friday, I've played it non stop.
I'm actually enjoying playing Be A GM because the CPU isn't so easy to beat on All-Star level on Hardcore mode.

Go to coventry, I talked to the guy when I was there today. There opening for like 7 different games. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 was one, and I forget the others.

Noooooo! This was a big improvement I felt going from 08 to 09 ... I noticed it all the time and was very grateful. Ah well, the price we pay for interactive crowds. I'll pay it, but I'll bit*h the whole trip!

How about multi-player gm mode with fantasy drafted teams? One thing I miss about the 2K games way being able to have multi-player gm mode to the year 2300 or something. It was my favorite part of the game.

He may have been one of the scratches for the Flames. I know when I started a Be a Pro in Abbotsford he was on the captain, and playing on the top line.
The newest Flames signings/trades (Dawes, Primeau trade) still need to be made on the default rosters.
