So maybe I am missing something, but how do you purchase something that no one else owns? It will let me make an offer on the blue ones, but not the white streets.

The secret to this game (after the reset) is to buy and develop the most expensive property. Find the million dollar streets and put houses on 'em. Either fill them up so people (ratech) can't put hazards on your land or protect them with a bonus.

Sorry but this has to be the most overhyped game ever! It's not even fun after the first day. You have maybe 5 different type of chance cards.
