Not even close.
Best case scenario is he is accidentally tasered to death on the way to his cell!!!!!

Officials with the agency pointed out that in June Tran was given a ticket while in the company of three FK gang members.
Tran's lawyer said the ticket was for frightening waterfowl and the government is grasping at straws in an effort to kick his client out of the country.

Oh no, he's not still hanging out with gangsters. Beyond missing several meetings and required checklists this guys no threat to flee.
What the f$ck is wrong with these people!!!!!!!!!
Maybe we'll get lucky and some member of a rival gang will remove him for us.

The immigration policy should be changed, there should be no delay if your convicted of a criminal offense as an immigrant. Your on the next plane out, and to me it doesn't matter if sending you home puts you in danger, coming to Canada and living here and working here is a privilidge not an right to come over here and be a scum bag.

The thing so sad is that was probably his 15th appeal. When will the government treat him like the criminal he is. This FK and FOB thing is already so out of hand why do we need another gang member doing nothing but bad for Canada when the clown isn't even a Canadian citizen.
I wonder how he supports his mom and sister? I haven't seen him flip burgers and god knows he can never get a respectable job in this city again with his name plastered all over the paper every day.
If it were up to me I'd lock them all up in a room and give them all the guns and ammo they need and when there is one guy left standing that's when you release the dogs COD 5 style.

Also, deport this d-bag. There ought to be a 1-strike policy with refugees, immigrents, permanent residents, etc. And no, its not to be racist, it would apply to all those seeking to become part of our culture and nation.

I haven't had a chance to read any of the actual decisions yet. Seems, however, that a lot of the conclusions that the media have drawn and popular opinion have embraced are not supported by the decision makers involved. It would be nice if the justice system wasn't so dern slow. The delay in hearing all of the appeals and subsequent judicial reviews is embarrassing.

Sorry I am little late to this party.
This seems like a great explanation for the Jack - John connection however we are missing something here.
Jaques is not the Franco equivalent of John.
Jean is the Franco equivalent as in St.Jean Baptiste = St.John the Baptist.
