I found that pick when I google searched tourcher.

With that in mind, no, I do not think the crime rate would go down if we started giving criminals lion hair cuts rather than jail time. Probably the opposite actually.

I'd love to ridicule the OP but you guys have done a good job as it is. I looked at the thread title and his original post for a couple of minutes wondering WTF he's talking about. Wow! I think we should mount a posse and tourcher this guy.

There's no justice like angry mob justice...
If someone can bring some tourches, I've got a few extra patchforkes lying around.

google corrected tourchering to torchering. def'n of a tourcher

n.1.One who gives light with a torch, or as if with a torch.

so the criminals would be forced to become lamps in houses and public places, I'm all for that.

OK, I hesitated several times before opening this thread because I thought it was about some weird thing that nobody over 20 would have heard of. Then I thought "maybe it has something to do with internet porn" and opened it. Having read everything, I wonder - where is the internet porn?

Dear OP,
This is the worst plan Ive ever heard. Streetlights make people feels safe if they have to walk somewhere after dark so... lets replace those streetlights with murders and rapists?! You're clearly insane and I think we should tourcher you till you're fixed.

Rule 34 of the internet states "if it exists there is porn of it". However, since tourchering doesn't exist. No porn for you.

Although we are only one letter away from touchering. I'm sure I could find something for that.

I invoke rule 35 then:
35. If no porn is found at the moment, it will be made.

How the hell are we going to make porn of tourchering? The mind literally boggles.

I think tourchering is a form of torture where touching is involved. Also, there! evil!

I don't know what's going on with this, maybe the OP is French-Canadian?
