I have to give credit to KevGuy for mine. I've gone by "Second Line Winger", and "Villefan" previously.
I wanted something different, and talked to him... this was right after my parents bought me a pro Otto jersey at a garage sale. I wanted to mold my name around the jersey for some reason. I think I wore it to some of the Faking The Cut events.
Anyways... I was just going to go as Protto, which seemed to become my nickname on the board.
It was KevGuy who suggested Prottotype. I have since, by choice, dropped a 't'.
Otto seems to be a reoccuring theme in my life. I got the jersey signed by him, my only autographed Flames jersey, and my son was born on the 29th.
Plus, it lets me keep a wicked picutre of Robocop as my avitar... until Christmas that is...

I have a puppet that looks like me - shaved head, wearing a white Flames jersey and he's screaming - that goes to games with me. We were leaving the dome one night and some guy recognized us and yelled "Hey, Puppet Guy!". Next day I signed on here.

usually use Calgarydude as my name on forums, but it wasn't available or something. i wanted something with calgary in it (born and raised here), and a reference to calgary teams being the best, and I liked rock at the time . a mix of that=calgaryrocks, because, calgary does rock, and so do its teams.
