Calgary Police Rodeo
Saturday Aug 22, 2009 @ 1300 hrs. Airdrie Professional Rodeo Grounds (6 km West on Hwy 567 from Hwy 2).
I know some of you support the police. So come show support!
I know some of you hate the police. So come watch us get tossed around.
I know all of you support the efforts of the missing Child Society. Every dollar goes to them.
Gord Bamford is performing after the rodeo is over.
It is seriously a great time. It would be good to see some Calgary Puckers out there. This is the second year that I am competing in it. Got my rear handed to me last year, but I am nuts so I am doing it again!

Guy in the amateur bull riding tonight got pretty seriously hurt when a bull stomped his face. He was doing the 'ol unconscious snore... Luckily, he was wearing a full cage helmet, but the cage didn't stay on. I've got some good photos of the event, I'll post when I get home.
