He can't put Chima up, but putting up Jessie and Natalie only helps him with numbers because the other side loses a player. Plus, I really want to see Chima lose her nut on Thursday.

I think Jeff has to use the Coup this week, Jessie and Natalie have both said they will put him up next week.
The only people he pisses off in using it and getting rid of Jessie are Chima and Natalie and only Natalie can compete for HoH.
And Russell would have complete trust in him for saving him.
If he doesn't use it than Russell goes and Jessie/Natalie are still going after him.

I missed about a week of big bro but was able to watch last night. Are they still in cliques? cause Chima is rumored to be putting Michelle up, Jessie and Natalie dont like Russel.... why would someone want a player out of their clique?

I agree with the consensus that if the coupe de tat is used, Jeff has to put up Natalie and Jessie.
However, if Jeff does use the coupe de tat, that paints a target on his back as EVERYONE in the house will feel threatened by him as AMERICA picked him. Ergo, hes the favorite to win BB 11 in the eyes of the house guests.
Personally, If I were JEff, I wouldnt use it. I would let Russell go home. This solves 2 problems, 1) being obligated to help Russell when he comes knocking and 2) allows for one of the strongest competitors to be removed from the game.
IF anyone truly wants to get rid of Jessie and/or Natalie, it would not be tough to get the votes at all. Sure, Chima would voite to keep em, but Kevin, Lydia, Michelle (the swing votes) would be willing to side with whoever approached them in secret to build a small alliance until the final 4. Thats actually their only hope to stay around. IMO, of course.

If I was Jeff I would use it. This move is the one to save russell so you dont have to worry about that. Either one of Jessie or natalie gone helps his "sides" numbers. Jessie is the one to go, what has Natalie won? She is riding the tails of Jessie. Russell can be taken down later.

And it's pretty clear that Russell is going to be loyal to Jeff and Jordan, as long as he can be. He's even trying to help them practice for HOH, because he thinks he's leaving.
Jeff will use the coup d'etat. He's hinted at it on several occassions, including asking Michele who she'd vote to evict if Jessie and Natalie were up.

To clarify if Jeff uses the coup d'etat I thought all he could do is remove the folks who were nominated... or does it give him the power to put up two different primes?

I think Jeff needs to use it and really push to get Jessie out. Once Jessie's gone, Jeff will have Jordan and Russell on his side against the ladies who will prove to be too catty to unify against Jeff's alliance.

he has the power to select his two people. Chima is pretty much useless once POV has passed by.

I think the Coup D'Etat is way too powerful to be voted on by fans.
Oh well.

he has asked everybody except Chima/Jessie/Natalie/Kevin who they would vote out of Natalie and Jessie were up.
he is completely setting it up that he is going to use it, I think he knows Russell will be loyal to him for at least a few weeks. It would be the smart move in my opinion.

it would ahve been better if they didnt tell the house there was a suprise. and Julie would just say, is there anyone that has anything to add before voting starts? then the hammer is laid, Chima, Natalie and Jessie just go off when Jeff say yeah I do. Jessie & Natalie you two are on the block..... muahahaha

I do agree.
I don't think fans should have ANY say in the game. Let the game play out as it should, without outside influence.
I also think it would be better if there were less "reward" (have/have not) challenges. I think it would be better if the winner of a challenge gets to choose between $5,00 or compete for HOH, POV, Coup D'Etat etc.. Take the money then you cannot compete for HOH etc...
Anyways Jessie is gone this week I think.

Which is the exact opposite of the other Big Brother shows around the world.

There didn't even used to be a jury house, so the people that got voted out could go home and watch people absolutely rip them in the diary room
and then they had to go vote for someone to win.

Ugh, that had to have been one of the worst Veto competitions ever. I think 8 eggs probably would have been enough. How painstaking, boring, and useless.
And Russell is an A-hole.
